Industry 4.0 technology center
Description
The Industry4.0 Technology Center (TC) was established by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as a subcontractor of the IFKA – IVSZ consortium with funding from the GINOP 1.1.3-16 project (Model Factory Project). The TK was established as part of the BME FIEK, currently it is operated in the cooperation of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Mechanical Engineering and Transport Engineering in a 260m2 area of BME Building I.
The main goal of the TC is to introduce the opportunities of using Industry4.0 technologies to as many Hungarian SMEs as possible and to provide practical knowledge for the implementation of an Industry4.0 investment. In addition to this, the main objective is to introduce the industrial digitalisation technologies and prepare students for their application. Thirdly, it is the mission of the TC to make the solutions presented available to as wide a range of students as possible. The TC’s mission is to ensure that the information presented is as widely available as possible, and it therefore organises many events to present Industry4.0 to the general public.
Scenarios
TC is currently presenting nearly 20 Industry4.0 solutions, some of which are working models of basic Industry4.0 technologies developed by university departments to solve industrial problems, and others are Industry4.0 solutions and products provided by our industrial partners, which have already been proven in practice and can even be purchased.
Visits
Open day: During the Open Day, anyone will have the opportunity to visit the Technology Centre. During the visit, visitors will be given a brief introduction to the concept and capabilities of Industry 4.0, as well as a complete tour of the Technology Centre, during which they will be able to see scenarios and Industry 4.0 solutions, briefly summarising their technical content and their place in Industry 4.0. Registrations for the open days can be made after prior announcement by email to ipar4@mail.bme.hu. The event is usually held on the first Friday of the month.
For students: Every semester, students at BME VIK have the opportunity to join the work in the TC in the framework of the Thematic Laboratory, Project Laboratory, Thesis or Diploma Project courses. Students can join IoT developments, either TC’s own projects or those of our corporate partners. Our topics include, for example, learning about the ThingWorx and MindSphere IoT platforms and solving an IoT development task.
For enterprises
The Industry 4.0 Model Factories flagship project offers a free programme that provides key practical experience and knowledge to productive micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to learn about Industry 4.0 technologies and their applicability, and thus increase their competitiveness.
Participants will receive a wide range of practical information and knowledge on the key topics of Industry 4.0, as well as practical help that, if applied properly, will help them increase their competitiveness: reduce operating costs, increase productivity and minimise passive production times. All this can help you to qualify as a supplier and enter new markets. A basic level of development is needed to apply the achievements of Industry 4.0, but the programme also helps to achieve this.

Ipar 4.0 technológiai központ
Bemutatkozás
Az Ipar4.0 Technológiai Központot (TK) a GINOP 1.1.3-16 projekt (Mintagyár Projekt) finanszírozásából hozta létre a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem (BME) az IFKA – IVSZ konzorcium (Konzorcium) alvállalkozójaként. A TK a BME FIEK részeként jött létre, jelenleg a Villamosmérnöki és Informatikai-, Gépészmérnöki-, és Közlekedésmérnöki Karainak együttműködésével valósul meg a BME „I” épület 260m2-nyi területén.
A TK fő célja, hogy a Mintagyár Projekt keretében minél több magyar KKV-nak mutassa be az Ipar4 technológiák alkalmazásában rejlő lehetőségeket és adjon gyakorlati tudást egy Ipar4 beruházás megvalósításához. E mellett kiemelt cél, hogy az egyetemen is minél több hallgatóval ismertesse az ipari digitalizációs technológiákat, készítse fel a hallgatókat ezek alkalmazására. Harmadrészt, a TK missziójának tekinti, hogy a bemutatott megoldásokat minél szélesebb kör ismerhesse meg, így sok rendezvényt tart az Ipar4 minél szélesebb körű bemutatására a nagyközönség számára is.
Szcenáriók
A TK jelenleg közel 20 Ipar4 megoldást mutat be, melyek részben egyetemi tanszékek által alap Ipar4 technológiákból összeállított, ipari problémákra megoldást adó, működő makettek, másrészt ipari partnereink által biztosított, már a gyakorlatban is bizonyított, akár meg is vásárolható Ipar4 megoldásai, termékei.
Látogatás
Nyílt nap: A nyílt nap során bárki számára megnyílik a lehetőség, hogy megtekintse a Technológiai Központot. A látogatás során rövid ismertetést kapnak az érdeklődők az Ipar 4.0 fogalmáról, képességeiről, valamint egy teljes körbevezetést a Technológiai Központban, amely során megtekinthetik a szcenáriókat, Ipar 4.0 megoldásokat, röviden összefoglalva azok szakmai tartalmát, helyét az Ipar 4.0-ban. A nyílt napokra az előzetes meghirdetést követően lehet jelentkezni az ipar4@mail.bme.hu email címen. Az esemény általában a hónap első péntekjén kerül megrendezésre.
Egyetemistáknak: A BME VIK hallgatói számára már minden félévben lehetőség nyílik csatlakozni a TK-ban zajló munkához Témalaboratórium, Önálló Laboratórium, Szakdolgozat vagy Diplomaterv tantárgyak keretében. A hallgatók csatlakozhatnak IoT fejlesztésekbe, akár a TK saját, akár céges partnereink projektjeibe. Témáink közé tartozik pl. A ThingWorx és a MindSphere IoT platformok megismerése, és egy IoT fejlesztési feladat megoldása.
Vállalkozásoknak
Az Ipar 4.0 Mintagyárak kiemelt projekt olyan ingyenes programot kínál, amely kulcsfontosságú, gyakorlati tapasztalatokat és tudásanyagot nyújt a termelő mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozásoknak, hogy megismerkedhessenek az ipar 4.0 technológiákkal, azok alkalmazhatóságával, és ezáltal növelhessék versenyképességüket.
A résztvevők széles körű, használható információkat és tudást kapnak az ipar 4.0 legfontosabb témaköreinek vonatkozásában, továbbá olyan gyakorlati segítséget, ami megfelelően alkalmazva versenyképességük növeléséhez juttatja őket: működési költségeiket csökkenthetik, fokozhatják termelékenységüket, minimalizálhatják a passzív termelési időket. Mindezekkel beszállítói minősítéseknek felelhet meg, és új piacokra léphet. Az ipar 4.0 vívmányainak alkalmazásához egy alapvető fejlettségi szintre szükség van, de a program ennek az elérésében is segítséget nyújt.
